Sessions & presentations

Open a session to see its talks and chairs, or a presentation to watch the video, view slides and poster, read the abstract, vote, and comment.

Last updated: 2026-06-28

Sessions live at /c/<id>/sessions/<sessionId> and individual presentations at /c/<id>/p/<slug>. Both open from the schedule and from search results.

Purpose

To see the detail behind a schedule entry: a session groups several presentations with its chairs, time, and room; a presentation is a single talk, poster, or demo with its media and discussion.

When you use it

Use the session page to scan everything happening in one block. Use the presentation page to engage with a single item — watch it, read it, save it, rate it, or discuss it.

Walkthrough

  1. 1

From the schedule or search, open a session to see its date, time, room, type, description, and chairs, plus the list of presentations in talk order.

  2. 2

If a session is happening right now and has a live link, use Join live session to open the video room.

  3. 3

Open a presentation to see its title, authors, time, session, and room at the top.

  4. 4

Switch tabs to Video, Poster, Abstract, Slides, or Vote — tabs without uploaded media are disabled. Download slides when they're available.

  5. 5

Tap the heart to save it to My Agenda, use share to copy a link, and add to the Comments panel to join the discussion.

Tips

Save as you browse

Hearting a presentation here adds it straight to your My Agenda, so you can build your plan while reading detail pages.

Media appears after camera-ready

Video, slides, and posters only show once speakers have uploaded their camera-ready materials. A live "Join" button only appears during the session's scheduled time when a live link is set.
