Sponsor / Exhibitor Console

Purpose

The Sponsor / Exhibitor Console is where your company manages its presence at a conference. It gathers every sponsorship your account is linked to, and for each one lets you upload your logo, write a short intro and company profile, attach a brochure (PDF), and see read-only details: your tier, agreement/payment status, booth location, and any industrial talk the organizers have scheduled.

You reach it after an organizer invites your point of contact — accepting the invitation and signing in links your account and shows the console in your sidebar and dashboard.

When you use it

Use this console once you're confirmed as a sponsor: add your logo and profile so the organizers can publish you, keep them updated before the deadline, and check your booth and talk details.

Walkthrough

   Accept the invitation from the organizer's email and sign in. Open the Sponsor / Exhibitor Console from your dashboard or the left sidebar.

   For each sponsorship, Upload logo, write a one-line intro and a longer company profile, and Upload your brochure PDF. Click Save at any time.

   When your materials are ready, click Submit. The organizers review and publish them. You can still edit and Re-submit before the deadline.

   Check the header of each card for your booth number. If the organizers have scheduled an industrial talk for you, an Industrial talk section appears with fields for the talk title, abstract, and the presenter's name and email — fill these in and click Save talk details (this is separate from your company profile).
