Conference Leadership Console

A map of the Conference Leadership Console — what each of its ten tabs does and when you use it to run your conference end to end.

Last updated: 2026-06-28

The Conference Leadership Console is your control center for the whole conference. It opens at /console/conference-leadership and is organized into ten tabs, arranged roughly in the order you'll use them — from first-time setup through registration, communications, the program, and publishing.

When you use it

Open this console whenever you need to configure the conference, check its health at a glance, manage money and people, or run the presentation program. Most conference-leadership work starts here.

The tabs

  1. 1

Dashboard — your at-a-glance health check: key stats, what needs your attention, and upcoming deadlines.

  2. 2

Setup & Settings — the conference's core configuration: basic information, mode, policies, branding, and system actions.

  3. 3

Important Dates — the deadlines that drive every phase (submission, review, camera-ready, and more).

  4. 4

Committee — the people running the conference and the roles you grant them.

  5. 5

Programs — the tracks/programs within the conference and how they're structured.

  6. 6

Registrations — attendee registration, with sub-tabs for Registrations, Refunds, Settings, and Exemptions.

  7. 7

Payments — money in and out, with sub-tabs for Connect & Agreement and Invoices & Receipts.

  8. 8

Communications — reaching your audience, with sub-tabs for Announcements, Channels, and Website.

  9. 9

Presentation System — the on-site/virtual program: Settings, Venue & Rooms, Time Slots, Session Plan, Keynotes, Sessions, Invited Submissions, and Sponsors.

  10. 10

Proceedings — compiling and publishing the conference proceedings.

Start with Setup & Settings, then Important Dates

On a brand-new conference, configure Setup & Settings first, then set your Important Dates — most other tabs (registration, submissions, the program) depend on those being in place.
