Invited Speaker Console

Your home as an invited or keynote speaker — accept your invitation, then submit your talk title, abstract, bio, and photo for the program.

Last updated: 2026-07-12

Purpose

The Invited Speaker Console is where invited and keynote speakers (and panelists) manage their participation. It gathers all of your invitations across conferences and programs in one place. For each one you can accept or decline, and once accepted, provide the content the organizers need for the program: your talk title, abstract, speaker bio, and photo.

You reach it after an organizer invites you and you accept — accepting grants you an Invited Speaker role, and the console appears in your sidebar and on your dashboard.

When you use it

Use this console right after accepting an invitation to fill in your talk details and bio, to update them before the organizer's deadline, and to check whether your content has been approved (Ready) or your talk has been scheduled.

Walkthrough

  1. 1

Accept your invitation from the email (you'll be asked to sign in with a code). Once signed in, open the Invited Speaker Console from your dashboard or the left sidebar.

  2. 2

If an invitation is still Pending, use Accept or Decline on its card. Accepting unlocks the content form for that talk.

  3. 3

Fill in your talk title, abstract, and speaker bio, and Upload photo for your headshot. Click Save at any time to keep a draft.

  4. 4

When your details are complete, click Submit. The organizers review your materials and may email you a warm confirmation that they've been received. You can still edit and Re-submit if you need to make changes before the deadline.

  5. 5

Once the organizers schedule your talk, the card shows a Scheduled marker.

Tips

One console, all your talks

If you're invited to more than one conference or program, every invitation shows up here as its own card — you don't need a separate login for each.

Bio and photo first

Title, abstract, bio, and photo are what organizers need to announce you publicly, so provide those first. Slides, video, and poster uploads open later, in the presentation-materials phase.

Panelists

If you're on a panel, you'll have your own card and submit your own bio and photo — the organizers group panelists into one session when scheduling.
