Author Console

A map of the Author Console — how its two tabs let you track every paper you have submitted and act on reviews, rebuttals, revisions, camera-ready, and presentation materials.

The Author Console is your home for everything you have submitted across all conferences. It opens at /console/author.

The console gathers every submission where you are the submitting author — grouped by conference — and surfaces what needs your attention next. The header shows your total submission count, and a tab bar runs across the top.

Purpose

Give you one place to manage your paper submissions: see their status, read the reviews when they are released, write rebuttals, submit revisions, and upload camera-ready and presentation materials for accepted papers.

When you use it

  • To check the status of any paper you have submitted.
  • To find out what action a paper needs from you right now.
  • To read released reviews and respond with a rebuttal during the rebuttal period.
  • To submit a revision for a conditionally accepted paper.
  • To upload camera-ready files and presentation materials for accepted papers.

The tabs

These are the tabs in the order they appear:

  1. 1

Dashboard — your at-a-glance overview: stat tiles across all submissions, an Action Required list of papers waiting on you, and your Upcoming Deadlines.

  2. 2

Submissions — the full, filterable list of your papers grouped by conference, with per-paper action buttons (view PDF, edit, view reviews, rebuttal, submit revision, camera-ready, presentation materials) and an expandable details panel. Carries a badge with your total submission count.

Tips

Submitting a new paper starts elsewhere

The console manages papers you have already submitted. To start a new one, use the New Submission button on the Submissions tab — it takes you to the conference list so you can open a conference Portal and submit there. See Submitting a paper.

Action buttons depend on the review phase

Which buttons appear on a paper depend on where it is in the process — reviews only show once released, the rebuttal button only during the rebuttal period, and camera-ready and presentation materials only after a paper is accepted.
