Dashboard
Get an at-a-glance view of your container program — key counts, a sub-programs overview, recent submissions, and quick links — from the Dashboard tab of the Multi-Program Chair Console.
Purpose
The Dashboard tab is the landing view for your container program. It rolls up the whole category into four headline numbers, lists the sub-programs you manage, shows the most recent submissions across all of them, and offers quick links into the wider conference tools.
When you use it
- As your first stop each time you open the console, to check the health of your container at a glance.
- To see how many submissions are pending review or already accepted across all your sub-programs.
- To spot the latest submission activity without opening the full Submissions table.
- To jump out to related conference tools (all submissions, program settings, the conference dashboard, the CFP manager).
Walkthrough
- 1
Open the Multi-Program Chair Console and select your container program (skipped if you chair only one). The Dashboard tab is shown by default.
- 2
Read the four stat cards across the top: Sub-Programs, Total Submissions, Pending Reviews (submissions under review), and Accepted — all counted across the container and every sub-program.
- 3
Use Sub-Programs Overview (left) to see each sub-program with its type, submission count, and status badge. If none exist yet, you'll see a prompt that sub-programs appear after proposals are approved.
- 4
Check Recent Submissions (right) for the five newest submissions across your programs, each with its program name, date, and status.
- 5
Use the Quick Actions row to jump to View All Submissions, Edit Program, the Conference Dashboard, or the CFP Manager.
Tips
Until proposals are accepted, your container has no sub-programs and the sub-programs and recent-submissions panels show empty states. Head to the Decisions tab to accept proposals — each accepted proposal becomes a sub-program and starts feeding these counts.
