My ACs
Monitor the Area Chairs you supervise — their paper load, review and meta-review progress, and on-track / behind / critical status — from the My ACs tab.
Purpose
The My ACs tab lists the Area Chairs under your supervision and shows, for each one, how their area is progressing: papers assigned, regular reviews completed, meta-reviews completed, and an overall status of On Track, Behind, or Critical. You can expand any AC to see the individual papers they manage and the reviewer status on each.
When you use it
- To get a quick read on which Area Chairs are keeping up and which are falling behind.
- To drill into a specific AC's papers and see where reviews are stalled.
- To find the AC's contact details and assignment date.
Walkthrough
- 1
Open the Senior Area Chair Console, select your program, and stay on the My ACs tab (it's the default).
- 2
Read the summary badges across the top: total ACs, and how many are On Track, Behind, and Critical.
- 3
Use the search box to find an AC by name, email, organization, or AC number, and the status dropdown to show only On Track, Behind, or Critical ACs.
- 4
Sort the table by clicking any column header — AC#, Name, Papers, Reviews, Meta-Rev, or Status.
- 5
Click a row to expand it. You'll see the AC's email, organization, and assignment date, plus a Papers Assigned table showing each paper's review count, meta-review status, and a colored badge per reviewer (submitted, draft, pending, or not assigned).
Tips
An AC's status comes from how far along their reviews and meta-reviews are: On Track is 80%+ progress, Behind is 50–79%, and Critical is under 50%. The same legend appears at the bottom of the tab. Sort by Status to bring the Critical ACs to the top.
Each AC row and its expanded panel show Send Reminder, Reassign Papers, and Escalate to PC buttons. In the current build these buttons do not yet have wired behavior — confirm with your deployment whether they are active. To raise an issue today, use the Escalations tab, which can escalate to the Program Chair.
