Sponsors
Set up your sponsorship packages and manage sponsors & exhibitors — tiers, exhibition options, à-la-carte add-ons, agreement/payment status, logos, and booths.
Purpose
The Sponsors sub-tab has two views:
- Packages — your editable sponsorship & exhibition package template: named tiers (Diamond / Platinum / Gold / Silver / Bronze / Startup / Publisher), exhibition options (3×3 m booth, tabletop), and à-la-carte add-ons (lanyards, breaks, reception, Wi-Fi, …). It's pre-seeded from a research-backed template you edit.
- Sponsors — the list of your sponsors & exhibitors, each with its tier, agreement status (Prospect → Confirmed → Invoiced → Paid), amount, booth, logo, and public listing status (Draft / Published / Hidden).
When you use it
Use Packages first to set your tiers and prices, then use Sponsors to add each company, record what they bought, track payment, upload their logo, and publish them.
Walkthrough
- 1
Open the Conference Leadership Console → Presentation System → Sponsors. (The Presentation System must be enabled in Settings.)
- 2
On the Packages view, review the pre-filled tiers, exhibition options, and add-ons. Edit labels and prices, add or remove rows, set your currency, and click Save packages. Use Load default template to start over from the built-in template.
- 3
Switch to the Sponsors view and click Add sponsor. Enter the company name, pick a kind (Sponsor / Exhibitor / Both) and tier, set the agreement status and amount, and (for exhibitors) a booth label. Save.
- 4
Open a sponsor to edit it, upload their logo, mark it Paid, and set the listing to Published when it's ready to appear publicly. Filter by agreement status or search by name/contact.
- 5
Use the row's Actions icons: the ✉ mail icon invites the sponsor's contact to the Sponsor/Exhibitor Console (add a contact email first), and the 🎤 microphone icon creates an industrial talk for them — it appears in Invited Submissions and is picked up by the session planner.
- 6
The Materials column shows where each sponsor is (Not started / In progress / Submitted / Approved). Click the 👁 view icon in Actions to see the sponsor's submitted materials — logo, short intro, company profile, and brochure.
Tips
Set a sponsor to Paid once you've received payment (most conferences invoice sponsors). Self-serve card payment is a later phase.
The company-facing Sponsor/Exhibitor Console (upload logo/intro/materials, view booth schedule and location) and the public sponsor wall come in the next phases. Sponsor talks (industrial/plenary) join the schedule through the session planner.
