All Submissions
Browse, filter, sort, and manage every paper in your program — download PDFs, view author profiles, email authors individually or in bulk, and soft-delete, restore, or permanently remove papers.
Purpose
All Submissions is the full roster of every paper in your program. A row of status filters across the top shows live counts, and the table lets you sort, inspect, download, email, and clean up submissions — all from one place.
When you use it
- To find a paper and open its full detail or edit it.
- To download a submission's PDF or view the page count.
- To look up an author's profile, or email one paper's authors or a batch.
- To remove a paper (soft-delete, with optional author notification), restore a deleted one, or permanently delete a withdrawn paper.
Walkthrough
- 1
Open the Submissions tab and stay on the All Submissions sub-tab.
- 2
Use the status buttons — All, Draft, Submitted, Review, Accepted, Rejected, Revision, and Withdrawn — to filter the table. Each button shows its current count.
- 3
Sort by clicking the Paper ID, Title, Authors, Status, or Submitted column headers; click again to flip the direction.
- 4
On any row, use the action icons to Download PDF, View Details, Edit Submission (when available), View Authors (opens the author profile modal), or Email Authors.
- 5
To message several papers at once, tick their checkboxes and click Group Email — the selected authors are added to the message.
- 6
To remove an active paper, use its delete (trash) action — a modal lets you add an optional reason and choose whether to notify the authors. The paper is soft-deleted and can be restored later.
- 7
Click Deleted (shown only when soft-deleted papers exist) to review and Restore Selected deleted papers.
- 8
For a Withdrawn paper you can Revert Withdrawal to put it back to its previous status, or Permanently Delete it (this requires typing
DELETEto confirm and cannot be undone). - 9
At the bottom, set how many rows to Show per page and use the page controls to move through the roster.
Tips
- Status filters and the counts above the table update live as paper statuses change.
- Soft delete is reversible — use it for duplicates or policy violations and restore from the Deleted button if needed. Reserve Permanently Delete (withdrawn papers only) for records you are certain you will never need.
- Use Group Email after ticking rows to reach many authors in a single message instead of emailing paper by paper.
The AI Review column (Generate / View / Retry / Processing controls) only appears when AI-assisted review is enabled for the program. Confirm in a live Full-tier program whether this column shows by default for Direct-review programs before relying on it in documentation.
